Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do I need to do a video call? If you are really busy and can’t find a time just message me on Instagram. I can do the onboarding via whatapp, but at some point it would be good to jump on a zoom call.

  2. Do I need to be a Dad?? No. Quite a few of the guys aren’t Dads. It’s more that I prefer to work on health-related projects in the 30–60-year range. If you aren’t sure DM me.

  3. Do I need to exercise? No. I’ve had people lose +40kg without formal exercise. Just their job or some gardening. I do want you to track your step count. But for the lifting I’ll meet you where you are at. That’s often nothing at all for the first 10kg.

  4. What if I’m vegetarian? I’ve coached a bunch of plant based clients before, and Filling Meals does work for this, but a lot of the meals aren’t great for you. I’d suggest messaging me before booking a call.

  5. Can I really lose 10kg in 12 Weeks? Great question! You can lose about 10% of your starting weight in 12 Weeks. So, if you are 150kg then 15kg is achievable, at 100kg we are aiming for 10kg, and if you are under 100kg you might need a little more time.

  6. How does 1-1 Coaching work? It’s just having me on the other end of WhatsApp. You’ll check in every Monday for 12 weeks. You will send me a photo of your weight tracking sheet, one win for the week and one thing you are struggling with. We will troubleshoot any issues individually on WhatsApp,
